Meet Cindy and The Loft Ladies

Each one of ‘myladys’ bring something different and unique to the store. They are dedicated and focused on ensuring that all customers have a memorable experience from when they first walk in the doors to when they come back.

With bra fittings, it is the personal experience and quality comfort that brings women back again and again. What’s interesting about bras is each one of us have our personal favourites and no two are the same. That holds true with our customers. No two customers are alike, no two companies are alike and even within the same company, no two bras fit the same.

Our attention to detail in Mastectomy fittings and one-on-one moments, helps women continue their journey’s and we are forever grateful they allow us to be part of them.

We think you already sparkle but it never hurts to add a little fashion, shoes and accessories to help dazzle you up. We’ve got that covered too.

Cindy, well that’s me. Owner for five years but fashion background for more than 20. I love what I do. I love that we help women every day. My motto: shoes, they just keep following me home!!! More closet space please!

Lynn is my window queen. Everything Lynn touches becomes a work of art and her windows are her canvas. Lynn is so passionate about one particular bra that we’ve named it after her: the Lynnie bra. You’ll have to ask her about it.

MaryAnn keeps me in line (who am I kidding, she keeps us all in line). You’ll see MaryAnn’s handiwork all around the store with displays that pop with colour and coordinated looks. She puts her years of working with bra fittings and adds the MaryAnn practical touch. Styles are what she loves to create.

Heather’s extensive knowledge of clothing and pulling everything together to create a look that is uniquely yours, is why customers seek her out and it’s a wild and crazy Tuesday when Heather’s in.

Jeannie’s been called the bra queen, the jewellery queen, the scarf queen. Give her a scarf and she turns a great outfit into one that’s WOW.. As for jewellery, the displays counters are her masterpieces. But it’s in her approach to the bras that helps women feel better about their choices and very often, themselves.

Rose is our newest ‘Lofty Lady’ and she brings her passion for helping women find those well fitting pieces that accentuates your best feature (and we all have one or two or three).

Jean will always be our honourary staff having recently ‘retired’ and is the classiest yet sweetest woman I have ever known.
